IFT packages prepare you for the Exam part of the CFA exam as covered in the curriculum, and not the Practical Skills Modules.
Specific PSMs vary depend upon your Level and are not tested on your CFA exam day.
A practical skills' module uses a combination of videos, multiple choice questions, guided practice and case studies to develop candidate's practical skills and this training and testing is provided by the CFA Institute.
