Browser related issues
Since the learning portal website runs on internet browsers, the settings/cache/malware etc, can affect your experience.
To try to resolve the issue please try:
1-Please open your browser in incognito mode (or private mode) and login again and check the issue.
2-Try to clear the cache on your browser.
3-If that does not work, then please try another browser (Microsoft Edge or Firefox)

If the issue persists then please send IFT Support team a full screen picture of the issue.
