IFT wants students to be satisfied with their purchase which is why we want to be clear about refund requests upfront.
We provide a free trial, so please do make yourself comfortable with IFT's product before you purchase.

However, if you are unhappy for any reason after your purchase, we will provide you with a refund** if you request it within 3 days of your purchase and if you do not violate the following conditions:
**No Refund will be provided on Study Notes (purchased on their own) – please carefully review the sample provided before you buy!
For all other products:
- You request a refund via email or support ticket within 3 days** of your purchase.
- You do not download the materials to your local computer/phone/tablet (Yes we track your downloads)
- You do not view over 20% of the content (videos, quizzes etc. We use our learning portal’s progress tracker to determine this)
- You do not download more than 5% of the PDF files (notes, slides etc. We can monitor downloads)
- If approved, your refund will be less bank charges of 5%.
- If we process a refund for any product/package, then you may not be eligible for any future refunds which you might request!

*The time for the refund to reach your account is dependent upon the banking system process time.
