However, if you are unhappy for any reason after your purchase, we will provide you with a refund if you request it within 3 days of your purchase and if you do not violate the following conditions:
1 - You request a refund within 3 days of your purchase.
2 - You do not download all the materials to your local computer/phone/tablet. (Yes, we track your downloads)
3 - You do not view over 20% of the content. (We use our learning portal's progress tracker to determine this)
*The time for the refund to reach your account is dependent upon the banking system process time.
